The trend for navy nails this autumn has been set by a certain Essie nail polish, so it got me thinking about this Daniel Sandler Long Lasting Waterproof Eyeliner in Blue Velvet that I had in my collection and the question, what about navy for the eyes?
There was a time where I wore navy on my lower lash line, and remember it made my eyes pop, giving them a little je ne sais quoi! It’s not as harsh as black, yet still defines the eyes well, and feel that it really compliments my green eyes. Run across the lower lash line and smudged out, this navy liner really does brighten up my eyes and give my look a slight edge.
The formulation of this Daniel Sandler pencil is great for ensuring longevity as once applied, it literally does not budge. It has a waterproof formula so perfect for the waterline and even if you get a bit teary-eyed it will stay in place. The fine nib ensures precise application, which is a dream thanks to the high silicone content so no dragging or tugging required! The high pigmentation also provides great colour pay-off. I am glad I have rediscovered this little gem and really need to check out some of Daniel’s other products as they really are of great quality.
Available for £9.25 from Daniel Sandler’s website and also Escentual and Look Fantastic.
