Three Beauty Products Worth The Splurge

Beauty Products Worth The Splurge: Jo Malone Cologne, Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Eyeshadow Palette and Oribe Dry Texturising Spray

I know what it’s like, you want to treat yourself to a luxury product, but you are scared of spending that much money on one item in case it is just over-hyped and doesn’t work for you. From my own beauty closet, I have picked three that you definitely cannot go wrong with, each of them are incredible products that are really worth the splurge, and it is not just my opinion, these products (and brands for that matter), are seriously coveted by the rest of the beauty world too. So if you are looking to splash the cash, you will not be disappointed if it is one of these.

Jo Malone Cologne

British brand Jo Malone is the ultimate in fragrance to me and just oozes elegance and luxury. Every scent that I have ever tried from her collection is beautiful. Of course I like some more than others, but they all have something about them that lifts the soul. My favourite is Nectarine Blossom and Honey which I don’t really hear too much about, but is sophisticatedly fruity and sweet without being sickly or overpowering. Even though I have a favourite, I could quite happily wear most of her colognes, they just have that something special which sets them apart from other fragrance brands. Of course they are the perfect gift too and come boxed and wrapped in cream and black which for me is all part of the Jo Malone experience.

Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Eyeshadow Palette

This most beautiful palette has only been in my life just under a year but it truely is a prized possession. I have the Dolce Vita palette which just complements my green eyes perfectly and instantly makes them pop and has become my go-to palatte for any occasion. There is a colour palette to suit everyone, but it is not only the colours that makes these amazing, these shadows are the smoothest, most buttery shadows I have used, making application a dream. Even a novice can’t go wrong with these as they just blend so easily, have zero fallout and last literally all day. Definitely worth every penny!

Oribe Dry Texturising Spray

This pricey little spray was sat on my wishlist for quite a while before I caved and shelled out £18 for this tiny can of texturising spray, but boy am I glad I did! It has become my holy grail hair essential and just makes good hair days more plentiful! Anyone with fine hair knows how hard it it to create texture and fullness, but this makes it so easy. A little spritz of this throughout the hair creates body and movement that looks so natural and is effortless. I call it my little can of magic and I cannot be without it! Luckily for me I now live in the US where it is a bit more affordable!

What luxury products do you think are worth the splurge?

P.S. I have a little US drugstore giveaway at the moment, check here for details.
