Skincare Wonders - La Roche Posay Serozinc, Clarins Blue Orchid Face Oil, Charlotte Tilbury Goddess Skin Clay Mask

On my recent trip to the UK and Barcelona, I started using a couple of new skincare products, purely because I made an Escentual order that was delivered to my parents address and could not wait to try them. I also took with my the newly launched Charlotte Tilbury Goddess Skin Clay Mask that arrived just before my trip!

Before I left New York, my skin was seriously suffering from the effects of the harsh Winter we had been having so it was very lack lustre, dehydrated and I also had a a fair few blemishes. However about four days later, I noticed how nice my skin was looking. My blemishes had virtually gone, my skin was dewy and plump and was looking generally so much better. I can only put it down to these new products that I have incorporated into my routine.

The first product in question is the cult French pharmacy wonder that is La Roche Posay Serozinc. I have been wanting to get my hands on this for years and just recently Escentual have started to stock it. Unfortunately they cannot ship pressurized containers overseas so I bought myself a couple of cans to see if it was really worth the hype. I love facial sprays, as you may have seen here, so what is so special about this one? It contains zinc sulphate especially targeted at oily, blemish prone skins to mattify the skin whilst reducing grease and shine. I have been spraying this on morning and night and have really noticed a difference in the amount of blemishes I have and the ones that I do have, this really gets to work and clears them up in no time! Expect a full review when I have tested it out for a couple more weeks!

The next product that I am totally in love with is the Clarins Blue Orchid Face Oil, which I have been applying each night in place of serum and moisturizer. It has sorted out my dehydrated skin like nothing else and my skin actually looks fresh and plump when I wake each morning. It smells divine and I love that it hydrates and moisturizes my skin whilst not congesting it and leaving it clear. Again, I will do a full review for you in due course.

Finally, a mask that is brand new on the market and one that I bought the second it launched is the Charlotte Tilbury Goddess Skin Clay Mask. Made with Spanish clay, this mask literally smells like heaven with its frangipani flower extracts that transports me to tropical shores! It is like no other clay mask I have tried as it doesn’t feel tight on the skin, yet it draws out impurities and leaves the skin feeling fresh and bright. Expect another Charlotte Tilbury obsessed review in the next week!

I am so happy with my recent skincare purchases and am confident that I will have some great reviews coming shortly for you.
