Make Up Revolution continues to impress me and this highlighter is no exception. The Goddess of Love Triple Baked Highlighter was longing to be bought and I was so chuffed when my gorgeous friend Gemma from Miss Makeup Magpie surprised me with this in our recent make up swap.
It comes in the cutest heart shaped packaging which is reminiscent of the Too Faced Sweetheart Blushes albeit with a much cheaper price tag. The highlighter itself is a very pretty gold-toned highlighter and lends itself very nicely to the yellow tones of my skin. Having just been on holiday and currently having a bit of tan, this highlighter looks stunning to create a golden goddess look as it really compliments the bronze tones of my skin at present.
It is quite hard to capture highlighters on camera but from the picture below you can see how golden it is and how it gives the skin a beautiful sheen. As it is baked, it is very smooth to apply and I haven’t experience any fall out from the product, it stays in place and lasts really well on the skin.
I don’t actually have any other drugstore highlighters in my collection for fear of looking like a glitter ball, but I have to say the Make Up Revolution Goddess of Love Highlighter has really impressed me. If you are looking for an affordable highlighter, then look no further as this will only set you back £4.99 and is available from Superdrug and on the Make Up Revolution website.
