The Best Drugstore Shampoo & Conditioner | OGX

The Best Drugstore Shampoo & Conditioner | OGX Biotin & Collegen Shampoo & Conditioner

It feels like forever that I have been searching for the perfect drugstore shampoo and conditioner, ones that would rival my favorite high end brands but at a fraction of the price. I always end up turning to Kerastase as their products are just the best and never fail me, however as I am a frequent hair washer, the price of them is not that purse-friendly.

I have heard a lot about the OGX hair products recently, but it wasn’t until I saw them on offer in my local CVS that I took any notice. There are so many different shampoos and conditioners available from the brand, all targeted at different hair problems. I usually opt for a shampoo for color treated hair and a moisturizing conditioner to repair, however after seeing that these are sulphate free (so they won’t strip your hair), I decided on the Biotin & Collagen Shampoo and Conditioner duo, in a quest to add some much needed life to my fine and often flat hair.

I have only recently started using these OGX products, but even after the first wash, I knew they would be my new obsession. It seriously is a good hair day every time I use these, my fine, limp hair feels lustrous and full of life. It definitely makes it thicker and fuller, but still smooth and manageable at the same time. Sometimes volumizing hair products can leave my hair a bit fluffy and hard to style, but with these it is seriously effortless and my style feels bouncy, weightless and even manages looks good at the end of the day.

If you are after an affordable shampoo and conditioner then I would highly recommend checking out OGX products, there is a something for every hair condition and I shall 100% be turning to these in future rather than my higher end products.

Available from CVS and Ulta in the US ($7.99) and Boots (£6.99) in the UK.
