At long last, Tom Ford Spanish Pink is in my collection! After wanting it for what seems like years, my lovely hubby bought it for me on my birthday (Birthday Haul here). I have only ever tried two Tom Ford lipsticks before, Matthew and William from the Lips & Boys collection that was release at the end of last year. From trying those, I knew how much I loved the creamy formula that applies so smoothly across the lips, so it was only a matter of time before this was mine!
I just love the name Spanish Pink, it just sounds so pretty and Summery. Of course, the main reason for my lusting over this lipstick are the beautiful pinky peachy tones that I adore and I know suits my coloring. It is more pink than peach as the name would suggest, but the slight warm peachy undertones to it make it very flattering, especially with a tan or bronzed look.
The formulation of Tom Ford Lip Colors is very pigmented and feels extremely buttery on the lips. Because it is so creamy, I don’t find it the most long wearing but it does feel amazing on the lips so I’ll quite happily top this one up, especially if I get to whip out the gorgeous black and gold packaging, which makes it feel extra special.
Of course being Tom Ford, it does come with a $50 price tag, but a girl’s allowed a little luxury now and again isn’t she? If you can justify the price, I think this is a beautiful lipstick and would definitely recommend!
