New Skincare On Trial | Herbivore, Pixi & Oskia

Pixi Beauty Sleep Cream, Herbivore Rose Hibiscus Coconut Water Hydrating face Mist, Oskia Renaissance 360 Ant-Ageing & Brightening Supreme Cream

I have pretty much stuck with the same skincare routine for over six months now, but as some of my products were running low, I thought it was time I tried some new products that I have had my eye on for a while.

As you may know from reading my blog, I am a massive fan of face mists (post here and here) for hydrating my skin after cleansing/exfoliating and for refreshing my skin throughout the day. I have been through a number of different brands in the past couple of years, but recently stumbled on the Herbivore Rose Hibiscus Coconut Water Hydrating Face Mist, which always seems to be out of stock in Sephora. I eventually managed to get my hands on it, and can now understand why it was always sold out, as it is the most gorgeous smelling, most rejuvenating spray I have ever tried. A great purchase for the coming winter months when hydrating the skin is essential.

I did a little Cult Beauty order too, and picked up the Pixi Beauty Sleep Cream, which is a night cream that has a lovely rich texture to it, yet it still feels incredibly lightweight on the skin. It glides over the skin and is absorbs quickly, leaving the skin feeling soothed. Come morning, my skin feels plump, hydrated and extremely smooth!

I managed to get my hands on the Best of 2015 Goody Bag with my Cult Beauty order and for me, one of the most exciting products in there was the Oskia Renaissance 360 Anti-Ageing & Brightening Supreme Cream which is not actually released until March. As a die-hard fan of the Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel (I must be on my 10th bottle by now!), I was excited to try this vitamin-rich day cream designed to improve skin elasticity, reduce fine lines, increase hydration whilst fading discoloration to even the skin tone and brighten. Those are a lot of claims indeed and although have not have sufficient time to see if they are all true, what I will say is that it hydrates my skin beautifully without being overly rich for my combination to oily skin, absorbs instantly and definitely perks up the skin creating a great base for makeup. I am in love with this cream and shall be definitely be buying the full size when it is released in March, when I can do a more comprehensive review!
