My love for Revlon continues, they really do have some great products and are fast becoming my one of my favourite high street/drugstore brands.

I have really been loving these Revlon Colorburst Lipglosses recently, they are everything I want out of a lipgloss and have now become a firm favourite in my make-up bag. The formula is great, they are extremely moisturising on the lips and not in the slightest bit sticky which has got to be be the best plus point when choosing a lipgloss for me! The packaging is simple yet chic and looks much like my treasured Chanel Glossimer. It has a flat doe foot applicator which I personally prefer to the brush kind and applies easily and smoothly on the lips.

The two colours I have are Peony, a dusky pink with golden shimmer running through it, perfect for everyday; and Papaya, a vibrant coral which is a great pop of colour for summer. They have a fairly good colour pay off which is ideal if you want to wear them alone, but they can also be paired with a lipstick underneath for a more intense shade. They have a high shine finish and have a very subtle vanilla scent making them easy to wear.

Longevity wise, they are not the most long lasting, probably an hour or two at the most. However if I’m totally honest, no lipgloss ever stays put for too long before having to reapply on me! They retail for £7.99 in Boots and Superdrug, however unfortunately they no longer stock Papaya (although I have found a reputable seller on Ebay who sells them for £2.99!)

Has anyone else tried these lovely lip glosses? What is your favourite shade?
