Urban Decay Beached Bronzer

Urban Decay Beached Bronzer in Sunkissed

So it would seem I have a bit of an obsession with bronzers, they are probably my most favorite item of makeup to buy and in my eyes you can never have enough (although I know my husband would strongly disagree with that statement!). Add in palm trees to the mix and you have the most covetable launch of the moment, the Urban Decay Beached Bronzer

This bronzer comes in two shades, Sunkissed and Bronzed. I opted for Sunkissed which is the lightest of the two, as I wanted something for everyday to give me a nice healthy glow, rather than my normal preference of full-on bronzed goddess! Both shades are matte, but have a luminosity to them to prevent the skin from looking flat.

It has a silky texture that almost feels creamy and it is so finely milled that it applies so smoothly and blends easily into the skin without any streaking. It looks so natural on the skin, you really cannot go wrong with this, I love how effortless it is. The shade Sunkissed is a perfect everyday shade for light to medium skin tones, although as I get more tanned during the summer months, I feel this will be a little light for me. I think this shade though will be perfect for pale skin tones as it is not at all muddy and looks as though you have literally been kissed by the sun.

I find I can be fairly heavy handed with this bronzer, literally dusting it all over my face and it still manages to look natural on my current light to medium skin tone, which I love especially as most mornings I don’t have the time to be too precise with my makeup. It gives the skin an instant radiance without being over the top!

I really love the Urban Decay Beached Bronzer, the texture and formula is just beautiful and the packaging is just the best! It is lovely and slim and made from plastic so great for travel and those palm trees make it the perfect accompaniment to your summer makeup bag! I would love to try the Bronzed shade too as I think it would be perfect for my darker summer skin tone, however I have a whole host of other bronzers that I need want to try first!
